Coaching & Mentoring

‘People who risk nothing, do nothing, have nothing, are nothing...Only a person who risks is free.’ Anon

Coaching in a recent study was shown to increase productivity by 88%, compared to training, which increased productivity by only 22%.

Companies developing a coaching culture demonstrate a strong commitment to empowering their employees to learn and grow. These companies are rewarded with greater loyalty, involvement and commitment, which in tangible terms are manifested in increased motivation, effectiveness and professionalism of both individuals and groups. The results of coaching programmes can be phenomenal.
Coaching is self directed – the assessment of performance, learning goals and execution of activities all rest with the individual but our coaches also talk about what is relevant for the organisation. This means that our approach has a clear organisational context.

We pride ourselves on our high level of integrity in our approach to coaching and we build long- term relationships by being honest about what we do. Our aim is to provide a proactive relationship that gives structure and support to managers as part of their development within an organisation or for managers who have a particular issue to resolve. We have a range of experienced coaches with specific areas of expertise from both business and public sector backgrounds. All our coaches have undertaken relevant training and have held line management roles.

We offer an initial diagnostics session, which then creates the dialogue for coaching or points to a different direction entirely as coaching may not be the solution.

Case Study: We have coached a wide range of managers and professionals on a wide range of issues from relationship issues to personal performance to career crossroads.

Results: ‘It really made a difference to X. His behaviour at the
quarterly review meetings has changed and is so much more productive.’
