Wendy Douglas, Principal Consultant

Wendy has worked in Learning and Development for most of her professional life so she has considerable experience of working at all levels, and in all organisational functions, as both an organisational consultant, trainer and coach.

Wendy understands the strategic contribution of learning and development as well as the importance of delivering practical benefits to the organisation. She combines a practical and creative approach to her work with a passion for the development of people.

Her corporate life was working in Financial Services as Director of Management Development and Training, where she was heavily involved in the recruitment and development of managers at a time of considerable change. She now works as a trainer and coach, and tutors extensively on accredited and non- accredited programmes in management. She has recently been facilitating multi-cultural team events in Europe to improve communications between dispersed teams. Wendy works in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and overseas.

All our trainers have worked in management roles in either the public or the private sector so we are able to help managers relate the learning to their own work reality. Problems that are concerning the managers are likely to be problems that have concerned the trainers too
